I can only come up with one answer for the past two days and specially today.
Chronic fatigue!!!
I am very clumsy and very tired and trying to figure things out is very taxing.
My sleep apnea is under good control and I have gotten more of less (on record) good nights sleep. AHIs under 10.
My blood pressure is good 130 over 74.
So my problems with chronic fatigue was NOT the above.
YET today I am wiped out.
Took me all morning to figure it out...like the Terminator:
ITS BACK.
Guess I was not insane all these years and I was not foolishly missing clues to my sleep apnea or heart conduction...
They happens in spite of my CF.
Win some lose many.

I have been feeling like I had messed up not seeing past my chronic fatigue and seeing that I had a heart conduction or sleep apnea.
I felt I was dumb for thinking my chronic fatigue was real.
Well in one way it is kind of nice to find out I was not wrong.
And I was not thinking about chronic fatigue nor looking for it.
I really was sold that what I had thought was chronic fatigue was more likely either my sleep apnea or my heart problem or both combined.
In fact I had two bad days and it was not until I run into the door frame and said what is wrong with me, this is just like I used to be..............OMG just like I used to be when I had chronic fatigue.
Then I added it up: Three of four days ago I had a sore throng, then a couple of days with hay fever, milder than normal but there none the less...and I have been fighting a lighter hay fever for the past month.
I was a little worried on how I could have been having problems like sleep apnea and heart problems for the past 20 years...
Guess I was not so crazy after all.

You're right Rich, who knows your routine/habit/body better than yourself.
Don't overdo it in the mean time and take it easy |

Sadly both my heart conduction and or my sleep apnea both claimed to be able to cause problems like chronic fatigue.
So I was fairly sure either one was the cause....
Oh well.

Chronic fatigue does seem to becoming more common, and I would not be surprised it has to do with our food, and all the chemicals we come into contact with in everyday products. I wish you the best of health Rich, and or at least many more good days. Good luck Rich.

Well today seems to be a clear good day (so far...)
I always said CF HAD to be real as CF killed my hay fever, as in stopped it cold.
I could have a major hay fever attack one day and the next be bone dry and wiped out with CF. And as long as I had CF no hay fever happened, or vis verse.
Also I almost always got CF during my months I used to have hay fever, fall and spring, with summer and winter clear.

Hmmm? That sounds like a clue to it's cause for sure.

The book I read back in the 80s listed, Alleges, Type A which is driven into overload and hits the wall as the main type.
