I was just starting to create this myself in SketchUp! I'd love to see what you have so far. I can even contribute if you want. If not, just seeing it and being able to "walk" through it would be exciting.

hey there!!! actually i have the entire apartment and some furniture and and the lobby and the elevator... if you GOOGLE "deckards apartment"... it shows up all over the place. I also just received word form a film school in Spain that they wish to use my floorplans to build a set of the apartment for the film project they have!!!! Very Honored. Look in the pages prior to this page and you can see most of it in still images. Cool

Is the sketchup file available to download bendzhamin?
I'd love to put it into the cryengine and get it textured and lit nicely with smoke and atmospherics. cryengine 3 is free to use non-commercially and would be perfect for a fanmade BR sim.

Welcome surix...and thanks for sharing that with us. Indeed, looking at the demo, I'm quite excited by the effect that stuff can achieve.
Smoke would certainly be a prob with stop-motion animation and this program seems to achieve certain effects in a consistant manner.

Yeah Ben, thanks for the update, I am anxious as well.
I appreciate the accuracy and care you've observed in creating these plans. Deckard's house has always been special to me, it has an almost womb-like quality. After reading this thread I have learned a lot more about it's actual layout.
