Wow...I'm really optimistic about this project Ben; the amount of work and details you've put into it is incredible, this should be archived for everybody to see for years to come Cool

Thank You Joberg... i find myself feeding off the excitement form all of us and focusing on making something we all want. I broached the subject with Andy, but wanted some feed back on the script... i am wanting to combine my two favorite characters AGENT 47 and DECKARD in a story. I am playing the idea of replicants hiring a clone of the killer to kill Deckard, culminating in a debate about what being HUMAN is... a clone?, a replicant? a replicant thinking his IS human? Cool

gonna try moving it around to better match the sun shadows on the model of the Tyrell Building behind it. Very Happy

ok... having some fun with SketchUp, and addded the blinds and the Zero Halliburton. I need a list if the goodies we want to see in the "LIVED IN" version of the apartment, versus the clean one.

One thing I forgot to mention Ben is that to me it looks like the two couches look to be made the same way. Or should I say his love seat and "comfy chair" Wink In that shiny fabric and coiled tubes.

yes... they both appear to be coils sewn together... just didnt want to construct them that way as they are labor intensive enough in real life... but the facsimile gets the mood down, i believe. Very Happy

Nice work Ben.

Somebody mentioned on here that Decks coiled sofa was rescued from a nightclub that was being closed down. Does anybody know if this was followed up?

Oh the two Mackintosh chairs that Joberg mentioned are the Argyle and Willow.

Here's some 3d approximations.

I have absolutely no idea how I've missed this thread!!??

What a brilliant interpretation of Deckard's apartment worked through with detective work that would have done Lt Frank Columbo proud.

I will watch this with interest.

Warmest congratulations and best

MARK

Yes, these sofas (club and divan)came from a club (Disco club?) that closed on Hollywood Bvld. The team in charge of decoration found these in a warehouse; they bought them and the rest is history.
I believe I saw the article in a french movie magazine at the time...don't remember exactly Crying or Very sad
